Keith Tilston Wins Main Event US Poker Open
The $50,000 buy-in in the Main Event of the US Poker Open has solidly added spectacularity to the tournament that is typical for high rollers. The event collected 33 registrations and $1,650,000 of the prize fund which was shared by five participants. However, the winner’s trophy and the $660,000 championship prize went to experienced American poker pro Keith Tilston.
It is also necessary to mention the impressive player’s performance on the US Poker Open 2018. So, before winning the Main Event, Tilston already managed to take the 2nd place in $25,000 + $1,000 No Limit Hold’em (Event #3), the 4th place in $25,000 + $1,000 No Limit Hold’em (Event #7), as well as the 9th place in $10,000 + $500 No Limit Hold’em (Event #5), where his prizes were $242,000, $125,000 and $20,100 respectively.
Returning to the main event of the US Poker Open, you can also note another hit in the prizes of Daniel Negreanu – the third place and $264,000 in prize money. However, the latter did not manage to earn much because of his bet on the victory.
